Athar Moeen Khan

Co Founder & Strategic Advisor – Edu Vecta | International Education Partnership.

With 24+ years in international education promotion and institutional partnerships, Athar has held senior diplomatic and advisory roles at the British Deputy High Commission Karachi (UKTI – Foreign & Commonwealth Office) and the Canadian High Commission's Trade Office Karachi (Global Affairs Canada). He has strengthened collaborations between UK universities and South Asian partners, and advanced Canadian higher education by facilitating institutional partnerships and student mobility for thousands of Pakistani scholars.

Today, Athar leads Edu Vecta with a seasoned team across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, combining integrity, personalized guidance, and deep institutional insight to help students pursue admissions to Canada's Designated Learning Institutions and other leading global destinations.

Ahsan Zafeer

Director, Digital Strategy & Transformation - Karachi

Ahsan holds a Master's in Digital Marketing from the UK and brings global expertise in content strategy, growth consulting, and digital transformation. He currently advises firms in the US and UK, helping them strengthen their digital presence and outreach. At Edu Vecta, Ahsan drives the team's digital strategy — enhancing visibility, building trust with students and institutions, and ensuring the advisory model remains student-first and digitally empowered.

Waqar Ullah Khan

Director, Partnerships— Lahore

Waqar brings nearly two decades of experience in UK–Pakistan trade relations, having served with the British High Commission and the UK Department of Trade & Investment (UKTI – FCO). He currently leads as Head of Punjab for the Pak-Britain Business Forum and runs an education consultancy in Lahore. At Edu Vecta, Waqar leverages his institutional expertise and regional presence in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad to provide students with personalized guidance, ensuring they are well-prepared for admissions to Canada and other leading global destinations.

Ummaimah Makhdum

At Edu Vecta, Umaimah leverages her experience in education counselling and international relations to forge global collaborations and expand student pathways. With a Master's in Media and Communication and a strong record of building partnerships across the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, and Turkey, she ensures students benefit from well-aligned opportunities abroad. She also serves as Chief Coordinator at the Pakistan Britain Business Council (PBBC), strengthening UK–Pakistan ties through education and trade.
